A 1960's wood patterned wall with built-in mirrors in the living room was converted to contemporary flair as the kitchen was opened up and an island added. Downstairs received a make-over with a brand-new bathroom off of a carpeted and welcoming laundry room with a reading nook leading to a unique downstairs, wood floor bedroom. Detached garage received a new door and an external makeover. All electric and plumbing was brought up to code.
